Amity has added a Krungsri-managed trust to its Series D financing alongside a preliminary retail data partnership, the bank announced on November 2. The investment extends a round announced at $100 million in March; the new check’s size was not disclosed.

The investor is Finnoventure Private Equity Trust I, managed by Krungsri Finnovate, Bank of Ayudhya’s venture arm. The companies are initiating work with EGG Digital, Amity’s consumer-analytics and marketing subsidiary, while exploring broader commercial opportunities.

Amity builds and acquires software businesses for retailers and customer-communications providers, combining them with industry-specific AI developed through its Singapore research center. Its products include call analytics and Thai-language voicebots.

In a September 21 interview with IGD, EGG Digital general manager Chatchapol Ongnithiwat described advertising screens that respond to store performance. If daily sales and traffic data fall short of a baseline, its system can show ads more often or switch to a promotion, then restore the usual schedule when results improve.

In its March 25 announcement, Amity named EDBI as lead investor alongside Asia Partners and SMDV. Founder and executive chairman Korawad Chearavanont said annualized revenue exceeded $100 million in 2025, with more than 75% of that year’s EBITDA coming from European businesses.
