Editorial standards
Accuracy is a product feature.
Commercial relationships do not upgrade evidence. Sponsored work is labeled. AI may extract source material, but it cannot approve an ownership claim, qualify a deal or turn an estimate into a fact.
Automated production and accountability
Articles are researched, written and independently checked by separate AI passes under publisher-set policy. Automated review is not human review. Readers can inspect the attributed sources, flag errors, and distinguish announced funding from reported plans. Our editorial artwork is illustrative, not a documentary photograph. How Captables works.
Live newsroom
Public news cards are Captables originals and always open an internal Captables article. Monitored publisher reporting is used backstage as research material and appears only in the article’s attributable source record. If the newsroom cannot verify and illustrate a story, it publishes nothing rather than substituting a raw feed item or mock article. The red/green market theme uses SPY as a disclosed S&P 500 direction proxy.

Private records required for completeness
A current issuer stock ledger, fully diluted capitalization schedule, option and exercise records, transfer ledger, SPV investor registers and evidence of cancellations or repurchases. Without them, the product is a reconstruction—not the company’s cap table.
