Separate paid engagements
Refund and cancellation terms for a separately contracted service must be provided with its written agreement before payment. A newsletter request, business inquiry or reader account does not authorize a charge.
Request a review
Use /advertise for a commercial inquiry about an invoice or paid engagement. Identify the relevant agreement or invoice without sharing card details. Duplicate or incorrect charges and unperformed commitments must be reviewed under the applicable agreement and law.
