Ande has raised more than $52 million across seed and Series A rounds for a platform that brings corporate dinners, offsites, sporting events and other company entertainment into one purchasing workflow. Employees can find and book venues, while finance and legal teams handle approvals, contracts, budgets and payment inside the same system.

A request can start in Slack, on a mobile device or through the web. Ande’s virtual concierge surfaces options from its venue network, then its software moves the booking through approval and signing, settles the bill and reconciles the expense. That connects the choice of an experience with the financial work that follows it.

The product’s promise is less about another list of restaurants than about the work around a reservation. Corporate planners can share calendars and guest lists, track purchase orders and budgets, and measure spending from one dashboard. Procurement teams get centralized controls without requiring employees to coordinate each step across separate systems.

For restaurants and hospitality groups, the same network acts as an inbound sales channel. Its software screens event inquiries, can route business to another available property and collects corporate payments in one place. That two-sided setup matters because useful venue inventory and current availability make the buyer-side concierge more valuable.

Ande says more than 60 enterprises use the network, including Cloudflare, Salesforce and McGraw Hill, with more than $400 million in annual entertainment spending passing through the platform. It also reports a network of 93,000 entertainment providers across more than 90 cities, including 1,600 hospitality venues with current partnerships.

The company announced the financing as it emerged from stealth. Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Duration Ventures and Sierra Ventures supplied the seed and Series A capital, with Bain Capital Ventures also participating. Ande says it spent the prior two and a half years digitizing venue information and training its software for enterprise booking workflows.
