Brahma AI offers large organizations a platform for creating, localizing and managing video, audio and digital-human content. The Economic Times reported that the company raised $150 million in a preferred-share issuance led by Multiples, citing industry sources. The reported transaction values Brahma AI at $2 billion post-money.

The platform divides the work between two main systems. Brahma AI Core ingests an organization’s data, makes it searchable and routes it through AI workflows; Brahma AI Studio uses ATMAN for high-fidelity digital humans and VAANI for multilingual voice localization. Enterprises can therefore organize existing media and produce localized material within the same platform.

One advertised workflow starts with an authorized digital likeness of a physician, athlete, performer or product expert. An organization can then use that identity for multilingual patient guidance, training, marketing or customer support. Brahma AI says the represented person retains control over the likeness and that generated assets receive provenance records designed to show their origin and editing history.

That enterprise pitch grew from technology first tested in demanding production work. Brahma AI says its Neural Performance system can change a performer’s age, likeness or identity while preserving expression and movement. The technology produced approximately one hour of finished 4K transformation for the film Here, and the same research now underpins ATMAN.

The reported $2 billion valuation is roughly 40% above the $1.43 billion post-transaction valuation attached to Brahma’s 2025 acquisition of Metaphysic. That earlier combination joined Metaphysic’s AI-driven visual-effects work with Brahma’s plans for content creation, data and workflow management—the roots of the broader platform described today.

The Economic Times said the new capital is primarily intended for product development and research. It also reported that Brahma AI is preparing wider interactive digital-human applications and developing a platform that supports multiple AI models across media, sports, healthcare and advertising.
