Future Secure AI has raised roughly $80 million through convertible notes to add customers internationally ahead of a planned late-2027 ASX listing, Startup Daily reported on November 6. Backers include Square Peg, Yarra Capital Management, Macquarie Asset Management and Firetrail.
The Australian-founded company, now headquartered in Austin, combines AI software with implementation work. Investor Square Peg says engineers and former consultants build and operate agents within customers' existing systems, handling processes such as month-end accounting and tax calculations with human oversight.
A company-published case study gives a concrete example: Future Secure says its agents helped an unnamed waste-management business improve compliance with bin-rental periods and payment procedures, increasing revenue and speeding cash collection. The business belongs to a private-equity portfolio; the results are company claims.
This is Future Secure's third round, following a June 2025 raise, according to Startup Daily, which also reported that banks are expected to be appointed for the proposed float in the coming months. Capital Brief, citing a company release, said Future Secure is targeting profitability next quarter.
