Gallatin AI builds decision-support software for the people who keep military units supplied and ready. Its Navigator platform gives military planners one place to work across personnel, equipment and mission data. The company announced a $50 million Series A on October 8 from new and existing investors, including 8VC and Silent Ventures.

The product sits between raw logistics records and a distribution plan. Navigator brings reports and operational data into one view, surfaces demand, consumption and resupply needs, and lets users compare courses of action across vehicle readiness, fuel, medical supplies and munitions. Gallatin isn’t moving the cargo itself; it is helping logisticians decide what needs to move and when.

The bottleneck isn’t only transportation. CEO Woody Glier told Axios that much of today’s logistics data is still assembled manually, sometimes with a clipboard and pen. As he framed it, adding autonomous aircraft or vehicles does not answer who pulls supplies from shelves, prepares payloads or loads them for departure.

Gallatin says Navigator is already used by Army and Air Force customers, from tactical units to senior planning staffs. It has supported joint and combined exercises in Japan, Alaska and Europe. Axios also reported an agreement with the Fort Hood-based III Armored Corps, though its value was not disclosed.

The wider product suite targets data collection too. Phalanx combines existing logistics records with sensors and computer vision to automate inventory work and track assets on hand or in transit. Gallatin also markets a secure workflow for coordinating commercial transportation, storage and fulfillment providers with military users.

Gallatin plans to use the Series A to hire engineers, accelerate development and extend its software across more sustainment functions. The round is more than three times the $15 million of funding disclosed when the company emerged from stealth in April 2025. Gallatin now says it has raised $70 million in total, while Axios reports that all of the capital is equity.
