Metaview builds recruiting software that turns the conversations and paperwork around a hire into a shared workflow for employers. Its tools record interviews and use AI agents to find candidates, assess incoming applications and conduct early screening; recruiters still set the criteria and make the final call. The London- and San Francisco-based company has raised a $60 million Series C led by Insight Partners.

The company started in 2018 with interview capture and says its system has now recorded more than 6 million interviews. Those conversations supply context beyond a job description: an agent can read the role brief, search for prospects and turn later human interviews into structured notes that the hiring team can use.

One product, fillmore, focuses on work before a recruiter reaches the formal interview. It identifies prospects, writes personalized outreach, manages follow-ups and books screening calls. Metaview added to that effort in August by acquiring Reval, another AI recruiting startup, and bringing its two founders onto the team.

More than 7,000 companies use Metaview, according to the company, including Deel, Affirm, Navan and Replit. Metaview says some customers have reduced their time to hire by more than 75%. The software connects with more than 62 systems, including applicant trackers such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever and Workday and meeting services such as Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams.

The round, which Metaview said also included GV, Intrepid Growth Partners, Seedcamp, Vertex Ventures US, Plural and Garuda Ventures, brings total funding to $110 million. It follows the prior financing by about a year. Metaview plans to use the capital to expand from 80 employees to 250 by the end of 2027 and open a New York office alongside its London and San Francisco operations.

Metaview is keeping a formal line between automated work and the hiring decision itself. The company says people define the criteria and retain the final call even when agents handle sourcing, review, screening and interview documentation. Its next rollout will extend that model through general availability for fillmore and a planned dedicated screening agent.
