TVS Automobile Solutions has raised $44.1 million in Series D funding for myTVS, which helps vehicle owners and fleet operators arrange repairs, maintenance and parts using digital tools tied to a physical service network. Financial Express reported that CE-Invests, the strategic investment arm of UAE-based Crescent Enterprises, led the round. Figures are in US dollars, converted at October 5, 2026 reference rates.

myTVS isn’t a software-only product. Work is fulfilled through a network that the company says includes more than 1,000 garages and 10,000 retailers across India. Its offering spans repairs, spare parts, accessories, tires, batteries, insurance and on-demand roadside assistance.

An individual driver can use the service for routine upkeep or a roadside problem, while fleet operators can coordinate work across multiple vehicles. The company says it reaches 10 million customers directly and indirectly, so that figure shouldn’t be read as a count of direct paying customers.

The financing will support domestic expansion and the planned entry into the Middle East and North Africa, beginning with a presence in the UAE. CE-Invests is expected to contribute local market knowledge, business connections and execution support, tying the lead investor directly to the regional rollout.

The expansion follows myTVS reaching EBITDA breakeven in fiscal 2026, according to the company. It forecasts near-term growth of 25% to 35%. The immediate work is more concrete: extend coverage in India while adapting the service-and-parts platform for mobility and fleet businesses in the UAE and elsewhere in the region.
