Onodrim Industries says it is building a broad defense-industrial platform for European and allied forces, spanning how equipment is made, how activity is sensed and how mission systems connect. A HeadlinesBriefing summary of Bloomberg reporting says the Amsterdam startup is seeking roughly $227 million at a pre-money valuation of approximately $1.14 billion. Lux Capital is in talks to become one of the lead investors.
The product description disclosed publicly isn’t centered on one drone, radar or software application. Onodrim describes plans for defense manufacturing, multi-domain sensing and networked systems: the industrial capacity to produce critical equipment, tools to collect information across operating environments and connections intended to let allied systems work together.
Its disclosed use cases include border protection and resilient supply chains for important mission systems. For military users, the intended outcome is better readiness and interoperability. Neither the company’s February announcement nor the latest financing report identifies a customer, contract or deployed system.
That breadth is also the tension in the reported raise. Onodrim is asking investors to fund a platform across manufacturing, sensors and connected systems, yet its public materials still don’t identify a named product, customer, contract or deployment. The HeadlinesBriefing summary says the proposed capital would help expand the supplier ecosystem serving dual-use companies.
The financing isn’t closed. The HeadlinesBriefing summary of Bloomberg reporting says several firms are competing for significant allocations, Onodrim hasn’t selected its lead investors and the terms could change.
Onodrim confirmed an approximately $45.4 million seed in February, led by Founders Fund, Lakestar and General Catalyst. CEO Aistis Simaitis and CTO Alexander Blessing previously worked at Palantir; the company said the seed would fund product development, engineering hires and manufacturing and research capacity across Europe. The proposed raise is roughly five times that seed. Figures are in US dollars, converted at September 29, 2026 reference rates.
