CRED's June 2026 Meta announcement describes a proposed, not independently confirmed closed, Series H with primary and secondary share purchases; its approximately US$900M package is not an exact issuer-equity amount. Issuer counsel describes the 2025 Series G as approximately $75M, not the database's exact $72M. Argus Partners' July 2022 transaction-counsel report confirms the $140M Series F matter at $6.4B post-money; CRED's contemporaneous terms specify a mixed primary/secondary package, not $140M entirely raised by the issuer. CRED directly confirmed its $215M April 2021 Series D and $251M October 2021 Series E to TechCrunch; article dates are not authenticated legal closing dates. CRED's January 2021 company statement confirms an $81M Series C; the November 2020 $80M press report was a preliminary account of that same round, not a second financing. The $1.2M employee share buyback is separate secondary liquidity, not issuer proceeds. Kunal Shah directly confirmed the $120M 2019 Series B to TechCrunch; the same report attributes round participants to a regulatory filing without furnishing the original filing. Contemporaneous November 2018 and April 2019 reports describe the same ongoing Series A, not two independent rounds; their USD and INR figures cannot be precisely reconciled without original filings and FX. No current ownership or full legal financing register is claimed.

Series F

GIC (lead) · Sofina · Tiger Global · Falcon Edge · Dragoneer

Argus Partners' July 26, 2022 matter announcement identifies it as CRED's transaction counsel and describes the $140M Series F financing at $6.4B post-money. This confirms counsel's account of the financing, not independently authenticated settlement. CRED's contemporaneous statement in Economic Times identifies GIC, Sofina, Tiger Global, Falcon Edge and Dragoneer and explicitly calls it a mixed primary/secondary package: https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tech/funding/cred-raises-80-million-funding-led-by-gic-at-6-4-billion-valuation/articleshow/92111072.cms . June 9 remains the announcement/report date, not a separately authenticated legal closing date; the exact primary/secondary split and issuer proceeds remain unknown. Economic Times reported approximately $80M for the first tranche from regulatory filings, not a second round or an amount to add to the $140M package. Original filings, exact subscribing vehicles/allocations and current retained ownership were not inspected or authenticated here.

Series A cumulative reported tally

Sequoia Capital India (lead) · Ribbit Capital (lead) · Ru-Net · MVision · Ganesh Ventures · Rainmatter Capital · Valiant Mauritius Partners FDI

Financial Express reported Paper.vc founder Vivek Durai's account of an ongoing Series A begun in September 2018, with more than ₹177 crore cumulatively reported by April 22, 2019 and named example investors; the original regulatory filings were not retained here. Its reported first tranche and later additions are components of this ongoing round, not separate complete raises. The exact FX conversion, final closed total, subscribing vehicles and legal close are unresolved. The November 2018 PTI report's rounded $25M does not reconcile exactly with the April INR tally and cannot be added to it.

Sequoia Capital India (lead) · Ribbit Capital (lead) · DST Global · Ru-Net · Lakestar · Morningside

Included in 2019-04-22 Series A cumulative reported tally; not added again to the confirmed-raised sum.

PTI reported on November 25, 2018 that CRED had raised $25M led by Sequoia and Ribbit about 6–8 weeks earlier; the exact financing date and subscribing vehicles were not supplied. Financial Express later described a Series A begun in September 2018 and cumulative additions through April 2019, making this an earlier report/component of the same ongoing Series A rather than a separate seed round. PTI's rounded dollars and the later INR cumulative amount are not independently reconciled, so neither is included as exact confirmed USD primary proceeds.
