Perplexity's own 2023 announcement identifies a $3.1M September 2022 Seed and separate $25.6M Series A. Its 2024 $73.6M Series B and $62.7M Series B1 are separate; the then-to-date $165M is not another round. Bloomberg reported a $500M December 2024 close and a distinct $100M July 2025 extension; May 2025's $500M was still being negotiated in original reporting and the September $200M was commitments, not independently verified funded proceeds. The 2026 $500M Series F claim appears in a FundBat roundup whose prior-round valuation conflicts with 2025 reporting; no issuer or named-investor announcement was found. It remains unverified. The June 2024 database entry and the exact 2025 close sequence still need review; this is not a complete legal funding ledger.
