AdaniConneX is seeking about $1.5 billion in offshore debt that could run for five to seven years, Bloomberg reported in a Nov. 3 article published by The Edge Malaysia. Pricing remains under discussion, and the terms have not been finalized.
The talks follow a roughly $800 million, 18-month bridge loan reported in August. That earlier facility was intended for data-center construction in Andhra Pradesh, according to Data Center Intelligence's account of Bloomberg's reporting.
The private joint venture between Adani Enterprises and EdgeConneX builds data centers for cloud providers and businesses. Customers can install their own computing equipment in its facilities or commission customized campuses, with AdaniConneX supplying infrastructure and operating services.
Adani Enterprises' 2026 business review reported more than 55 megawatts of live data-center capacity and a cumulative order book exceeding 560 megawatts.
AdaniConneX schedules availability at its Navi Mumbai facility from December 2026 onward, according to its website.
