Indian jewellery brand Giva has raised more than $100 million in a round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, Fortune India reported on November 3. The company plans to expand from over 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka to more than 1,000 within three to five years.

Founded in 2019, Giva began with silver jewellery and added gold and lab-grown diamonds. It sells pieces for daily wear and gifting through its shops, website and outside e-commerce marketplaces. The company said the investment would also support manufacturing and additions to its leadership team.

The store expansion builds on a roughly $62 million Series C led by Creaegis and announced in June 2025. Giva then had more than 240 stores and planned another 145 to 150, with a focus on smaller Indian cities, according to Inc42’s contemporaneous report.

The latest deal had been expected to combine new capital with share sales by existing investors, Mint reported during negotiations in July. Giva’s announcement did not break down the transaction, leaving the amount going directly into the business undisclosed.

Giva says revenue grew at a compound annual rate above 70% over the three years through fiscal 2026. Its fiscal 2025 net loss widened about 23%, based on figures reported by VCCircle, while its fiscal 2026 profit or loss was not disclosed.
