Nooks has secured a $500 million commitment to expand sales of its AI software without issuing new shares. Announced November 4, the financing comes from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund, which will receive a share of the returns its capital generates, chief executive Dan Lee told Reuters. Lee did not disclose the financial terms.

Nooks helps sales teams research potential buyers, place calls, write outreach and manage deals. Its Revenue Agent Platform connects those tasks with agents for following up on deals and expanding existing accounts. The company says more than 2,000 businesses use Nooks, including Notion, Glean and Replit.

The commitment follows a $43 million Series B that Nooks announced in October 2024, led by Kleiner Perkins. Nooks plans to use the new capital to introduce products and reach more enterprise and international customers.

Nooks says more than half its customers use multiple products. It reported 135% net revenue retention and told Reuters it expected annual recurring revenue to nearly triple by the end of 2026, without providing a revenue total.

Node, introduced alongside the financing, is designed to monitor open deals and prepare a seller’s next action. Lee’s launch post describes it remembering a promise from a customer call and drafting a follow-up that the salesperson must approve before sending. Nooks plans general availability in early 2027.
