Pure Data Centres Group secured a $780 million corporate growth facility to acquire sites and advance its data-center pipeline across Europe and the Middle East, the company announced November 4.
An option to borrow another $1.1 billion could take the facility to about $1.9 billion. Citigroup Global Markets, First Abu Dhabi Bank and Infranity joined its existing lenders.
Pure DC builds and operates data centers for large cloud and AI providers. The Oaktree-backed company says it secures access to electricity before developing sites, then brings together engineering, construction and operations to deliver capacity.
The borrowing complements loans arranged for individual campuses, finance chief Mike Schwartz said in the announcement. Pure DC outlined that approach in May: financing backed by its Dublin and Amsterdam campuses supported those developments, while an expanded corporate facility helped it pursue new sites.
Customer commitments can also precede construction. In December 2025, Pure DC said its Amsterdam campus was fully leased and its private substation was live, before work on the data halls was scheduled to begin. By May, the company reported construction underway.
