EnduroSat builds standardized, software-flexible satellites and operates constellations for commercial and institutional customers that need remote-sensing or communications data without assembling a mission supplier by supplier. The company said it raised $205 million to expand that system across larger spacecraft and more manufacturing capacity in the United States and Europe.

A customer begins by specifying a remote-sensing or connectivity application. EnduroSat says it then handles mission analysis and design, payload integration and qualification, launch and commissioning. Once the satellites are flying, customers can task the fleet, monitor telemetry and retrieve data through cloud dashboards and APIs.

EnduroSat sells both hardware and ongoing service: its catalog includes satellite platforms and core components, while its constellation-as-a-service offer uses fixed costs and repeatable configurations. The pitch is that standardization reduces custom engineering and lets one production system serve different payloads instead of treating every mission as a new spacecraft program.

Riot Ventures and Atreides Management co-led the round. The European Innovation Council Fund, GV, Founders Fund, House Capital, Lux Capital, Omnes Capital, Giant Ventures, Emphatic Capital and Endeavor Catalyst also participated. EnduroSat plans to use the money for a high-volume United States factory, a European space-and-defense hub and larger spacecraft in its FRAME line.

EnduroSat says it has launched 103 satellites, delivered more than 200 and serves over 450 customers with more than 350 employees across seven locations. It is targeting space-data costs of roughly $1 per gigabyte, down from what the company describes as hundreds of dollars today; that remains an ambition rather than a demonstrated result of the new capacity.

The business test is whether the added factories can turn more customer applications into repeat fleet orders while preserving reliable delivery and orbital operations. That would determine whether EnduroSat’s standardized model scales beyond individual spacecraft programs into continuing constellation production and service revenue.
