Nvidia and TCV invested in an extension of Higgsfield’s Series B as the AI creative-software company said its four-week revenue pace, annualized, exceeded $1 billion. The financing turns a provider of the chips and inference software Higgsfield uses into a shareholder, but its size and an updated valuation were not disclosed.

In a September 29 explanation, Higgsfield said it calculated the $1 billion figure by multiplying its latest four weeks of revenue by 13; it is not revenue earned over the preceding 12 months. The company had reported a $700 million annualized pace in August when it announced a $400 million Series B at a $5.4 billion valuation.

Higgsfield sells subscription software and usage credits to brands, agencies, studios and professional creators. A marketer can paste a product-page link into Marketing Studio, which extracts product information and brand elements, while Supercomputer turns a plain-language assignment into production steps spanning image, video and audio models. The company says the resulting campaign can include as many as 100 ad variants.

The company reported nearly 1 million paying subscribers on September 29 and said subscriptions supplied just over 60% of revenue, down from more than 90% as on-demand usage expanded. Its October 23 financing announcement claimed more than 40 million total users but did not update the paying-subscriber count.

Ramp’s October 26 purchasing-data page ranked Higgsfield second among image-and-video AI vendors, at a 38% adoption rate versus Midjourney’s 39%. That measure covers organizations in Ramp’s procurement and renewal data that bought products in the category, not the full market, and does not validate Higgsfield’s revenue claim.

Higgsfield says it has scaled from Nvidia L40 and A40 processors through Hopper and Blackwell systems, uses Nvidia Dynamo for inference and is expanding to Vera Rubin infrastructure. The company said the extension will support product development, global infrastructure, hiring and sales expansion.
