Revolut confirmed a $115 billion valuation on Wednesday as it completed a transaction giving employees another chance to sell shares. That compares with $75 billion in its November 2025 share sale.

Reuters reported that the secondary sale was underway in July at the same valuation. The completed transaction was led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates and Baillie Gifford. Revolut did not disclose the deal's size.

Revolut's app lets consumers spend, transfer money, save and invest. The company says it serves more than 80 million retail customers and generated $6 billion of revenue in 2025, up 46%, with pretax profit rising 57% to $2.3 billion.

Founder and chief executive Nik Storonsky is targeting a 2028 IPO and has said Revolut is exploring listings in both New York and London, the Irish Times reported.
