Thyme Care has closed a Series E of more than $125 million while creating Thyme Companies, a parent organization for a broader group of oncology businesses. Thyme Care's core service combines virtual care navigation, clinical support, and technology to coordinate what happens between a cancer patient's appointments across patients, providers, and health plans.

The company operates in value-based oncology: it works with health plans and care providers to manage the clinical and financial consequences of cancer care, with dedicated teams helping patients navigate treatment and close gaps between visits. Thyme Care says its services are available to more than 10.5 million people in all 50 states, it manages more than $7 billion in oncology spending, and its model has produced validated total-cost reductions of 5% to 10%.

Management says the core business is profitable and generates positive free cash flow. The new parent structure is designed to use that operating base to launch separate businesses addressing other bottlenecks, beginning with adoption of lower-cost biosimilar drugs and enrollment in clinical trials. Thyme Care will remain the anchor business, with Brad Diephuis continuing as chief executive while co-founder Robin Shah becomes executive chairman of Thyme Companies.

Morgan Health led the financing, joined by Humana, CVS Health Ventures, AlleyCorp, HealthQuest Capital, Foresite Capital, Concord Health Partners, Frist Cressey Ventures, Town Hall Ventures, and Andreessen Horowitz's Bio + Health fund. The company said the round values it at more than $2 billion, roughly double the reported valuation of its $97 million Series D announced in September 2025.

The financing matters because Thyme is using a scaled care-navigation business as the distribution and data foundation for additional oncology services, rather than funding navigation growth alone. The disclosed reach, managed spending, and profitability claims come from the company and should be tested against future results; the public announcement does not disclose share price, dilution, security terms, or investor ownership percentages.
