Wayflyer finances growing businesses that need cash for inventory, marketing, hiring and other operating costs before customer payments arrive. A founder applies online, connects sales and operating platforms, and Wayflyer's models read that performance data to size an unsecured advance from $10,000 to $20 million. No equity is taken, and there is no personal guarantee. The company says an approved amount can be funded within an hour.
Customers choose how to repay. They can remit bi-weekly or monthly, in fixed amounts or as a percentage of sales. Seasonal businesses can take cash in advance and repay against revenue over three to nine months. Pricing is a single fee shown before acceptance; Wayflyer's site illustrates a $100,000 advance with a $4,200 fee, for $104,200 to repay. It says it has funded more than 6,500 businesses.
Dublin-based Wayflyer has added a $50 million corporate debt facility from Trinity Capital, a listed private-credit manager. Wayflyer says the facility expands the growth capital available to the company so it can keep meeting demand for working-capital advances. The company also says the money can go into emerging areas such as Intelligence, an AI capability acquired earlier this year. Chief executive and co-founder Aidan Corbett said Trinity understood what Wayflyer is building and moved quickly, and that the facility gives the firm room to fuel its next phase of growth.
The $50 million is corporate debt for Wayflyer, not a replacement for the much larger lines that fund customer advances. Wayflyer says it has deployed more than $6 billion since 2020. A $250 million credit facility with ATLAS SP Partners, announced in February, is part of that customer-funding stack. So is a July forward-flow agreement with Fortress Investment Group: Wayflyer said the $1.5 billion arrangement lifted total funding capacity to as much as $4.5 billion over the next 24 months.
Trinity is extending a European lending program run from London. Corbett co-founded Wayflyer in 2019. The Dublin company remains private and now has more than 300 employees.
