Helsinki-based Zero sells software that helps commercial teams find prospects, manage deals and keep track of customers after they sign. The company announced a $10.3 million seed round on September 15 and opened its product to everyone following private beta. Its pitch is to bring customer relationship management, or CRM, and the surrounding sales tools into one system.
The workflow begins with a seller’s target customer profile. Zero says it finds matching companies and tracks changes such as hiring and funding that could make them worth contacting. Users can approach prospects through email, LinkedIn sequences or a built-in dialer. As conversations develop, the software brings together the people involved, discussion history and next steps; after a sale, it combines product usage and conversations to help teams spot accounts needing attention.
A company-published case study shows how that works at Emfas, which sells catalog-management software to e-commerce brands. Its founder had tracked sales in Notion while details accumulated across emails and meeting transcripts. Zero gathers those interactions into company records and adds lead research. New customer records sync to Linear, while sales milestones trigger Slack notifications. Zero says Emfas manages more than 60 customer relationships through the system without a dedicated CRM administrator.
Primary Venture Partners led the seed round, joined by Inception Fund, Defiant, Greens and founders of companies including Lovable, Supercell and Langdock, according to Zero’s announcement. Sifted reported the financing earlier the same day.
Zero charges for user seats and includes a monthly allowance of credits shared across the team. Data enrichment and agent work consume credits, with additional packs available to buy. Its Scale plan offers custom pricing, integrations, migration and onboarding support. That gives customers a way to purchase both the software and help adapting it to their existing commercial operations.
Founded in 2024, Zero describes its design as one customer data model shared by people and AI agents. The practical aim is to preserve information through the handoffs from prospecting to sales to ongoing service. Opening access beyond private beta broadens the test: can teams carry those customer details through more relationships without rebuilding the administrative work Zero is meant to remove?
